Knotty Sandal @ Prism Couture - Modern Avante Garde

My designers were in love with the Alexander Wang Knotty Sandal since it walked down the runway in the 2011 S/S show. 

The knotting creates a sexy alternative to a strappy gladiator shoe thats omnipresent for summer. 

The white is also very refreshing and so modern and chic.

The following are some photos of the first prototypes we made:

We decided to take some of the raw edged knots out and give it a more streamlined look

Really looks so cute with a flower printed dress. 

In my opinion I miss the raw edged knots. I think an accent color on the bottom would add a bit of neon to the shoe too.
